Carlene Thompson is one of the successful authors of America who likes to write most of his novels based on the suspense genre. She has written a number of standalone novels in her writing career, many of which have gone on to be acclaimed all over the world. Thompson wrote her first novel after watching the Dalmation when she was just nine years old.

Throughout the years that followed in her life after that, she produced some of the excellent novels in the suspense genre. Author Thompson is of a very caring nature and loves to look after her pet animals. She always makes sure that she includes at least one pet from her group of pet animals in each of her books. This considers it a ways of immortalizing them.

She says that she got the idea of her first published novel while she was walking her pet dogs in the woods located nearby her house.
