Gerald C. Rittenberg served as Chief Executive Officer of Party City (formerly known as Amscan) from until January , and has been a member of the Board.

His experience spans direct-to-consumer and technology-forward retail, as well as traditional brick-and-mortar brands, across hardlines, apparel and consumable categories.
