I received an offer to work for them in July of , followed all of the procedures, paid my various fees, and heard nothing from them. It has been nearly a month since then, and repeated attempts to contact them have led to no response. It is now November 08, 4 months since they offered me the job and there is no sign of ever working with them, even enough to earn back what I already sunk into this endeavor.

This company is poorly organized, does not respect its potential employees, and has been a waste of money for a family struggling to earn a living. I would stay away from this company, if I were you. Do not work here.

They do not care about the educational system whatsoever. They do not even understand the educational system. Even when you are on this list, the posting is still fair game to everyone else. They would rather have un-certified, un-knowledgable, random substitutes working than substitutes who have been in particular classrooms before for extended periods of time.

How that actually contributes to the quality of our educational community is beyond me. For example - give substitute 1 the first notification. It is clear they do not understand what quality education is all about. I just cannot understand this company. But again, do not work here, and hope they do not expand to any more schools.
